Three baths designed for temperature contrasts, to alternate with the heat of the sauna and Salt Cabin: an age-old ritual to stimulate circulation and give you a burst of energy.
Kneipp path
A barefoot walkway with alternating hot and cold water pools: traditional Kneipp hydrotherapy, designed to naturally tone the legs and stimulate circulation.
